Salary: 80,000 - 100,000/month + performance incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Product Specialist to drive adoption, engagement, and commercial impact across our portfolio of digital publishing solutions, including eBooks, eJournals, and research databases.
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role at the intersection of product, sales, and academia, working directly with leading universities, research institutions, and libraries across India.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that institutions not only purchase our solutions-but actively use and derive value from them.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Training & Adoption
• Deliver high-impact in-person and virtual training sessions for faculty, researchers, and librarians
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned to institutional needs
• Drive onboarding and sustained engagement to maximise usage and retention
2. Sales Enablement & Pre-Sales
• Partner closely with sales teams to support pipeline development and conversion
• Deliver compelling demos and articulate clear, outcome-driven value propositions
• Play an active role in supporting sales team for winning strategic accounts
3. Content & Knowledge Development
• Develop high-quality training and enablement materials for internal sales team as well as customers (presentations, guides, videos, case studies)
• Stay up to date with product developments, content trends, and academic workflows
4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with librarians, faculty, and research leaders
• Gather market feedback to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications

About the Role
• iGroup India is expanding into the corporate and research sector, and we’re looking for a self driven Corporate Sales Manager to help build this business.
• This is a new business-focused (hunter) role targeting organisations in Pharma, R&D, Engineering, Legal, and Government sectors. You’ll be responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals for our digital content and research solutions.
• This is a greenfield opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys creating pipeline from scratch and wants to play a key role in building a new growth vertical.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. New Business Development (Core Focus)
• Identify and win new corporate clients across Pharma, Biotech, Engineering, Legal, and Professional Services

About the Role
iGroup India is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive campaigns, communications, and brand execution across our academic and research portfolio.
This role sits at the heart of our marketing function—working closely with Product Marketing Managers, Sales, and global publishing partners to bring campaigns to life.

What You’ll Own
1. Campaigns & Social Media
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and digital platforms

2. Publisher Reporting & Communication
• Prepare monthly marketing reports for international publishing partners

3. Webinars & Events
• Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and conference activities in coordination with Product Managers
