Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for institutional sales and pre and post sales management.
• Should be able to generate leads & converting the leads into successful sales and coordinate with related departments.
• Generate leads through cold calls, visit customers on frequent basis.
• Drive the new business directly by actively managing the sales process i.e. lead generation, credentials pitch, consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiation and closing.
• Relentless efforts towards pursuing and ensuring target revenue.
• Building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
• Hunting, new client acquisition - B2B and managing existing relationships to achieve 100% retention along with cross sell and up sell retention/renewals.
• Identifying learning needs of the clients as per current business trends.
• Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
• Should be able to give presentations and demos.
• To constantly explore new business opportunities with wide market coverage and innovative sales initiatives.
• Adherence to all the sales processes and maintaining of different reports – DSR, Daily Visit Plans, Sales MIS, etc.
• To build and sustain long term relationships with the customers.
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Should have a valid experience working in L&D/EBooks/Publishing sector.
• Should be open for extensive travelling. Must have travel experience of different cities in North.
• Solid understanding of company’s market, technologies and services.
• Good networking in related markets.
• Should have a valid passport.
• Willing to travel Domestic or Abroad.
• Should know the local/regional language
• Should have a pleasing personality, outstanding presentation skills, strong networking skills & relationship management.
• Be able to deliver through a team on Sales & retention.
